I Can See Clearly Now

The owners of the Boulder Street Gallery asked Jack Malloch to paint this mural on their alley wall (the west wall of the building) in 2015 to aesthetically enhance the view of their building from the alley. They chose one of Jack’s paintings that is currently available for sale in their gallery, as the basis of the mural. The title of that painting is “The Birds-Make a Joyful Noise” and the description of that painting is “Warm rays of brilliant sunlight breaking through as the cloud cover starts to dissipate.” Jack had to reverse the painting to work around the electrical box on the wall and created a three dimensional feeling of looking at the eastern sunrise and birds singing through a hole in a wall.
