Poppies

These colorful poppies were painted on the south side of the building adjoining the Fare Bella Studio and Gallery, on Ruxton Ave., Manitou Springs, by its proprietor and local water color instructor Patti Filler in 2017. The poppies reflect her art which focuses on nature and flowers (especially poppies, sunflowers and irises). It was painted here to attract the attention of people returning for the Cog Railway/Manitou Incline. (Source: conversation with the artist)
