Shooks Run-Cache LaPoudre-South

This mural was created in 1997 by Concrete Couch and community volunteers, mostly students from North Middle School. The mural was restored in 2013, and is a combined piece including both the north and south retaining walls supporting the Shook’s Run Trail. The mural depicts scenes from the history of the Pikes Peak Region and includes the motto “Art Creates Community” on the southeast wall.
