Council of Neighbors and Organizations (CONO)

For 40 years, Council of Neighbors and Organizations (CONO) has preserved and protected hundreds of neighborhoods in El Paso & Teller County. Neighborhoods are the building blocks of cities and counties, and the basic unit of democracy.

Through education and training, CONO strives to strengthen the public process and increase the capacity of local government and public and private organizations to resolve community issues and empower residents to further shape their quality of life.
