Summit Restaurant at Broadmoor Hotel

As the resort’s newest restaurant and designed by Adam D. Tihany, Summit’s contemporary design provides a counterpoint to the classic majesty of The Broadmoor. Summit is an American Brasserie with an eclectic, innovative wine and cocktail program. Summit was recently honored in the Robb Report for 2006 "Best of the Best", and Esquire’s "Best New Restaurants 2006", along with "Best New Design."
