Join us for a yoga class intended for all levels of students.
A flow-style class intended for all levels of students to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Breath work and meditative centering activities included.
This class is taught by local yoga instructor Annie Adams.
Please bring a yoga mat. This class is for ages 14 and older.
