Making jam is a wonderful way to preserve some of fruit’s bright flavor long after the season is over.

We'll also suggest ways to boost the flavor with simple mix-ins. This jam makes a delicious topping for ice cream or yogurt, or a simple and elegant way to fill a cake in place of frosting. We will have a variety of seasonal fruit on hand that you may mix and match to create your own custom batch of jam. We'll then can the jam to preserve it for month's worth of enjoyment.
