Stephanie Merchant

Stephanie Merchant has been creating art for over 30 years and has become proficient in many mediums:  acrylic, airbrush, oil, chalk, charcoal, colored pencils, graphite, and pan pastels.

In addition, she sews, crochets, embroiders, needle felts, whittles, and does face painting, flower arranging, and pyrography. Due to the “extensive buffet” of mediums she uses, she named her business “Stephanie’s Smorgasbord.”

She quit her corporate job in June 2021 to focus on her business full time and to teach art and sewing classes out of her home to people of all ages. The majority of her art is custom, but when creating something she loves, she mostly takes inspiration from nature and wildlife. She accepts fine art commissions–what can she cook up for you?
