POSTPONED: 29th Annual Wine Festival of Colorado Springs: Beer! It's Not Just For Breakfast, Anymore!

How well do you know beer? Do you know the difference between a pilsner and a lager? How about a porter from a stout? Or an ale from and India pale ale?

At this seminar, experts from three local breweries will each pour two different common styles of beer and explain the differences in how they are made and why they all taste different. They will discuss some ideas for food pairing and what qualities to look for in each style. You will walk out of there with a new sense of beer confidence!

This seminar is part of the 29th Annual Wine Festival with proceeds benefiting The Colorado Springs Conservatory – a rare and nurturing setting that brings together world-class training in all the performing arts to students of all ages.
