Acid Dyeing-Creating Color Class

This class teaches how to dye silk fabric with acid dyes using a dye bath. This is a technical class where we will learn mathematical equations to create color. We will learn how to create a dye bath, how to create stock solutions, and how to create different depths of dye with the same color. This class is good for those who use wool yarn, such as weavers, knitters, spinners and for those using fabric, such as quilters, garment sewers and surface designers, to create their own unique colors.
