The Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Walsingham focuses on the classics of Western thought and the interrelationship of timeless ideas. Believing that the best education appreciates truth, beauty, and goodness, it strives to help students grow in the cardinal virtues of prudence, temperance, fortitude, and justice. Students engage in the fine arts, sing in choir and act on stage. They commence their study of philosophy as a handmaiden to theology. The liberal arts and sciences are studied so that the knowledge of the universe is seen as God’s handiwork, and that the end of human life itself is in fact the “Visio Dei” – the knowledge of God Himself.

Our Lady of Walsingham opened its doors this past Fall (2021) with 26 students in grades 9-11. We are part of the growing network of Catholic classical schools around the United States, Canada, and Europe.
