A blending of flavors and aromas, the evening will boast as an extensive multi-course menu featuring tastes of exotic Asian cuisine fused with locally sourced ingredients from the on-site Smokebrush Farm, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally conscious ‘localvore’ culinary experience.

The menu will be diverse and unique, including KimChi and Chive pancakes with miso and roasted garlic sauce, Georgiy’s Sorel Egg Drop Soup Shots w/ Toasted Sesame Oil Drizzle, Asian green salad, Spruce Tip & Garlic Scape Pesto w/ Mushrooms, & Fava Bean Fritters or Roasted Chicken Thighs, Rhubarb & Honey Sorbet & Black Sesame Shortbread Cookies dipped in Matcha White Chocolate. Lilac infusion creates unique cocktails for the evening.
