Barbara O’Neal (also writing under the name of Barbara Samuel) is the Washington Post and Amazon Charts bestselling author of more than a dozen titles, including The Art of Inheriting Secrets, How to Bake a Perfect Life, and the #1 kindle bestseller, When We Believed in Mermaids.

She lives in Colorado Springs with her partner, a British endurance athlete, and their small zoo of rescue animals.
