Bean There Done That…
Sound simple? Beans and rice are trickier than they appear! Learn how to make rice and beans at the perfect texture to combine into these around the world classic recipes.
Beans and rice are one of my favorite fillers, but there is definitely an art to getting just right texture and flavors. Learn about four different rice and four different beans and how to use them. We’ll also discuss how to “de-gas” your beans and how to get them to cook in under 6 hours in Colorado!
This class is taught in our 2×4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!
