Beer versus Wine: which is better when paired with a food from each of these categories: Fat, Acid, Heat, Sweet.
Join us for an amazing tasting to test your palate and learn about how different foods pair with wine and beer. Four small plates will expore courses with fat, acid, heat, and sweet. All participants will vote on the best pairing for each course. This event is put on by the Colorado Springs branch of the American Wine Society and OCC Brewing.
