Breads Around The World: Khachapuri

Khachapuri, a soft cheese-filled bread, is the national dish of the country of Georgia. Part of its charm is that it varies by region; the open-faced Adjaruli version we will make is filled with cheese and herbs and garnished with an egg on top. It is thought to evoke a boat, the ocean, and the sun, testament to the region of Adjara’s location on the Black Sea.

This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner but make your own Khachapuri to take home! Keep an eye out for our next “Breads Around The World” class!
