A hands-on interactive cooking class. Each session will be led by an experienced chef and focus on preparing heart-healthy meals that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Are you looking for better breakfast ideas that you can bring to work? Join us for this cooking class where we are making some heart-healthy, on-the-go staples that don’t skimp on flavor. We’ll be making from-scratch granola, energy bites, and sausage egg cups (freezer friendly!). Meals will be prepared and cooked in groups.
