If there was one aspect of this past year’s events, was the fact we learned how deeply local and area patrons feel when it comes to their little theater here in Cripple Creek; whether it’s the professional season’s events or winter happenings involving our local talent, our local patrons love the Butte.
We thought this might be a good opportunity to discuss the inner workings of the Butte and give patrons a closer look at the venue itself and how the operation came to be and where it might be headed in the future.
We will have several representatives from the City present; the Executive Producer of Thin Air Theatre Company, Chris Armbrister, and of course, let’s not forget everyone’s favorite, Mel Moser. All here to answer your questions about show selection, materials presented, those of you who might be interested in signing up for some of the various volunteer programs available, and anything else you might have on your mind when it comes to the Butte Theater.
Come in for a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate to simply listen or involve yourself in some great conversation about the Butte’s future.
