1. The non-refundable jury fee is $10 for up to 5 entries (up to 3 images per entry). If you would like to enter more than five pieces, fill out the form again, paying additional jury fees each time.

2. When submitting online, complete the form below and hit the “Submit Application” button.

3. Once you submit your application you will be automatically directed to the Jury Fee payment screen.

4. Commission rate is Artist/Commonwheel split 60% / 40% for non-Commonwheel members. This translates to 60% of each sale going to the artist and 40% to the Commonwheel.

5. You will receive a confirmation email for this form.
