Christmas Unwinding Sound Bath

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath, designed to help you unwind and de-stress after the busy holiday season.

You’ll be guided through a guided meditation and treated to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, flutes, chimes, and other instruments as you lie down and let go of any tension or stress.

We hope you’ll join us for this special event and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.

What to Bring:

Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for COVID precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.

Medical Notice, Please Read:

If you have any medical condition, make sure you talk to your doctor first, before joining us for a sound bath, as some conditions do not take well to the vibrations of sound baths (i.e. metal in the body, brain injury, etc). Please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us as well, thank you!
