Community Yoga in the Garden

Ground, stretch, and connect with breathwork and gentle movements on the mat. Classes offered will be accessible and open to individuals at any level. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and clothes you can move in!

About SEE
SEE seeks to empower children and adults of the Colorado Springs area to be household, community and  environmental stewards and responsible community members through hands-on learning opportunities. SEE provides education and demonstrations of local food production and preservation, ecosystems and whole system design, industrial and traditional arts, and sustainable habitations.

Instructor
Heather Laughlin was raised in Colorado Springs and enjoys kindling her love for the outdoors through hiking and gardening. As a local therapist, she has a passion for the mind/body connection and enjoys combining her social work background with thoughtful movement to encourage the experience of Yoga.

Heather has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has recently completed a yoga study led by Jessica Patterson of Root: Center for Yoga and Sacred studies.
