Crumpets & English Muffins

Stovetop favorites! Learn the difference between a crumpet and an English muffin and learn how to make them. Both of these griddle cakes are perfect breakfast or tea accompaniments. Then we’ll do a tasting with Sawatch Butter and assorted, imported jams.

This class will also cover how to make these items at high altitude and we’ll go over tips and tricks to get perfect results. This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner but make your very own items to take home.
