Do You Wanna Empanada

Have you always wanted to learn how to make these pastry wrapped treats? Now is the time! In this class we’ll learn how to make our own empanada pastry and how to season it with spices. We’ll be making a classic Argentine beef & olive filling and making our very own crema from scratch. Then we’ll fold and twist our way to rope-twisted deliciousness. Each recipe will make approx. 18 empanadas (depending on the size you choose).

This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner but make your very own items to take home or enjoy in the Gather garden.
