Reggae music has birthed yet another rarity- a spirited and soulful singer/songwriter, the very eloquent and enchanting Etana! Etana is the first woman in more than one decade to land at the number one spot on the Reggae Billboard Charts. Etana is also the first woman from Jamaica to nominated for a Grammy in the best reggae album category.

Etana, means the strong one’ in Swahili; her strength was manifested, this time around, by pursuing a musical career strictly on her own terms.
