Exhibit Opening: 'Killing for Coal: The Archaeology of the Ludlow Massacre'

Join us for a lecture by Dr. Karin Larkin of UCCS and for the opening of this special, temporary exhibit curated by the Department of Anthropology of UCCS.

The massacre of striking miners and their families at Ludlow, CO on April 20, 1914 made worldwide news. WMMI is proud to present this important exhibit showing our Colorado history and the impacts of the struggles of the early miners.

The exhibit is part of your museum admission and is open during regular hours from September 17 - December 18, 2021
