Farm to Table Afternoon

Come experience nature’s bounty on Saturday, July 8 at the Smokebrush Foundation and Smokebrush Farm in Manitou Springs will be hosting a Farm to Table Afternoon. The 2 1/2-hour afternoon includes a Farm Tour led by Smokebrush Farm Manager Dylan Roberts where attendees will harvest various greens and herbs to be used in the Goddess Cosmic Salad Demonstration, featuring various farm-made organic dressings.

The experience/demonstration will be hosted by Smokebrush Foundation Head Chef Aimee Morrow. Complimentary beer or wine will enhance the afternoon.

The Smokebrush Foundation has transformed some of the oldest and most beautiful historical properties in Manitou Springs into an educational, ethically minded, high-yield biodynamic farm—reaching new levels of sustainability by using a holistic approach to agriculture and environmental consciousness. The Smokebrush Foundation also features three, beautifully decorated, historic properties, Red Crags Art and Agricultural House, Rockledge Lodge, and Onaledge Lodge.
