How do you know your workouts are actually working the right areas? NEXUS Knows!

NEXUS is running its 2nd round of FMB!

This 2-hour class goes over the basic movements you need to do any fitness movement. From how to correctly do sit-ups, to pull-up modifications, to kettlebell swings. NEXUS educates you on injury prevention and how to recognize faults.

The follow-up class to the FMB is the Compound Movement Breakdown class (CMB) which will be offered next month as a LEVEL 2 class. This class goes over the same things but with barbell movements. So if you plan to take the
