Guided Nature Walks

Park Interpreters will point out details along the Gateway Trail as they lead you to the Central Garden Trail. Once at the “Gateway to the Rockies”, you will be encouraged to continue your journey or return with your group leader.

Walks are approximately 45 – 60 min. and are a little over one mile in length along a paved trail. Topics will include local ecology, geology and park history.

Group size is limited to 10 participants. Masks are required and physical distancing of 6 feet will be practiced as much as possible for those who do not live together.

Walks will meet and begin at the American flag pole, north side of the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center.
