Learn how to make amazing bagels at High Altitude!
Are you a fan of “New York style” bagels or egg bagels…or both? In this class students will learn how to prepare bagel dough which they will bring home to bake later. Then they will shape, boil and bake bagels from Laurie’s prepared dough. This is a hands-on class. This class is vegetarian.
