Holiday Tree Lighting Express

The 15th annual Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration will look a little different this year. To keep everyone safe and socially distanced, Widefield Parks & Recreation is proud to host a drive-thru holiday experience!

The tree will be shining bright all night and the giveaways will help put you in the holiday spirit. Join us anytime from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1. Please stay in your vehicle as you drive through the Widefield Parks & Recreation campus – our masked staff will come to your window at each station.

Stations include free cocoa packets & cookies to-go, used coat & non-perishable food donation drop-off, BOGO fitness & pool stop, free take home kids crafts & holiday ornament, candy cane lane, Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus, Santa letters drop-off, holiday photo ops & food trucks.

Enter on Aspen Drive and exit on Widick Street.
