Incline Happy Hour

The Incline Happy Hour is back!

Join UpaDowna and members of the OutThere Colorado team as we make the trek up the Manitou Incline, down the Barr Trail, and end at a local Manitou Springs watering hole (this month: Manitou Brewing Company).

This is self-paced hike, not a race and not a guided group activity.

All are welcome to enjoy this experience (21+ to happy hour), but be sure you are physically (and mentally) fit. This hike is very strenuous. The Manitou Incline climbs roughly 2,000 feet in less than a mile with the return trip on the Barr Trail clocking in at more than 3 miles.

How to participate:

2. RSVP to the Incline Happy Hour of the month event
3. Sign this waiver: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5e12796086eeb/web/
4. Complete the Incline at any time on the day of the event
5. Optional: meet up afterward at 6:30 the watering hole of the month

Being a part of the UpaDowna Incline Happy Hour means that you will obey all rules and regulations of the Incline and Barr Trail (https://manitousprings.org/where-to-play/manitou-incline/). We do not associate ourselves with people that cut switchbacks, litter, or display other disrespectful uses of the trial. The Incline has its own set of “guidelines” that you may or may not choose to follow. Dogs are not allowed on the Incline.
