Keep Calm and Curry On
In this very highly flavorful class, Dave is going to talk about 4 major spices (Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Clove): how they have affected history, and why they were so sought after! Then it’s off to the kitchen to cook with these spices and use them in 4 recipes where their unique flavors will definitely stand out.
This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2×4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!
