In this introductory workshop we focus in on two great beginner’s cheeses: ricotta and mascarpone.
Has making your own cheese been on your bucket list? Cortney will teach you how simple it is to make your own fresh cheeses at home, and you’ll never buy ricotta again! We’ll also cover basic cheesemaking, different techniques for cheesemaking, and leave with our tips and tricks for perfecting cheese at home in your very own kitchen. This is a hands-on class.
