Irish Whiskey School

Irish Whiskey School is an annual event that arrives just in time for St. Patty’s day. Join us at Whistle Pig Brewing on March 15 at 6 p.m. for an exploration of Irish Whiskey. This school will provide an intimate look at 6 different Irish Whiskeys and an opportunity to enjoy a dinner of traditional Irish Beef Stew and Boxty. Only Whistle Pig brings you such a unique way to learn about and enjoy Irish Whiskey.

Our Instructor this year is Greggor, owner of Downtown Fine Wine and Spirits, located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Greggor’s knowledge and love of Irish Whiskey is deep and he will be presenting 6 different Whiskeys for tasting. Each one with a different story to tell, price point, and flavor profile. Greggor will share history and tradition of these distilleries breaking down for us what makes Irish Whiskey so special.
