Jake is a true natural at what he does, and the way that he entertains. His flavor of music is absolutely derived from blues, and that’s pretty much where it stays.

Jake has always answered this question the same when anyone has asked him, “Jake who is your major influence..”. His answer, “My dad, Lobo Loggins - he’s a monster, I have always loved the way he says what he has to say on the guitar. I have listened to my dad since I was born, and it never gets old to me.”
