Virtual: Japanese Calligraphy, Brush Mark-Making, & Sumi-Ink Drawing

In this virtual workshop, you’ll be introduced to the basic Japanese calligraphy strokes as well as some free-style variations.

Learn to practice words in Japanese letters and Kanji (Chinese characters) and be encouraged to explore ways to use the strokes of calligraphy and ink-drawing in your own unique way.

This class includes live Zoom sessions and studio hours with the instructors.

This class is for ages 16 to adult.
