Kurt Kieffer Artist Talk

Whether you have already seen Kurt Kieffer’s show, “Almost Maybe” or this is your first time- please join us for his artist talk this Friday! This your chance to meet the artist and discover his process into making the wonderful sculptures.

We will be open from 5-7 p.m. for this June’s First Friday, with artist talk starting at 6 p.m. at Bosky Studio. Located in the Arts Alley District.

Kurt Kieffer is a sculptor based in Colorado Springs, whose art reflects his unique life experiences and artistic vocabulary.

“As an artist, my sculptures embody my life experiences and personal vocabulary. Through my sculptures, I capture the fluid motion and intricate details of the world around me using a variety of woods, stains, and metals. In creating these works, I explore significant life events that have enabled, caused, or forced meaningful positive personal growth.  Each sculpture is a physical manifestation of past inflection points that catalyzed my own development. My goal is to create pieces that evoke emotions and inspire viewers to reflect on instances in their own lives that have enabled them to become better versions of themselves.” – Kurt Kieffer
