The second concert of the Chamber Orchestra season – a laughter and joy-filled concert of familiar favorites, featuring winds and brass soloists.
As part of Arts Month 2022, the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs presents audience favorite Ian Buckspan, back with Prokofiev’s rarely-heard Clarinet Concerto, derived from his Flute Sonata.
We also celebrate our winds and brass, so sorely missed during the pandemic, with solo works for flute, oboe and harp, and we head home laughing with Haydn’s “Surprise” Symphony.
This is music that will bring a smile to your face!
