Lean & Green Cooking Community: Social Cooking Class

Join Cindy and Emma for this interactive cooking class that encourages healthy eating. We will be making different recipes in each class in this series, so you can come to one class or a few! When changing eating habits, it is so helpful to have a support system around you, and we want to help you build that community. All of these cooking classes are modeled after the Optavia meal plans, but are open to anyone at any cooking skill level who wants to learn some healthy recipes.

What are making this time? During this second class, we are making Pork Green Chili Stew and Cloud Bread. Of course, Cindy & Emma will be sharing tips and tricks for cooking healthy meals at home.
