CANCELED - Legends in Bleue

Musical legends come to life in a stunning program from Classical to Blues and everything in between.

The Chamber Orchestra is joined by Dr. Gregory Walker of the University of Denver, performing a piece written for him by his father, Pulitzer Prize-winning composer George Walker.

Local trumpet prodigy Sophie Urban performs Enesco’s powerful Légende before she leaves for college, and soloists from the orchestra explore the American sound of Howard Hanson.

With a soulful Blues and a playful Haydn symphony, the Chamber Orchestra ends its season in celebration.
