Master Yoga Classes and Workshops

Sacnicte Guadalupe is an international yoga teacher coming to Colorado Springs

She will be offering Ashtanga, Rocket, Dharma, and Ghosh yoga classes and workshops. Sacnicte is a 700 international Dharma yoga teacher, she has trained in Bikram and roots of Bikram, Ghosh yoga in India. She has 250 hours in Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa including Rocket under our lineage.
