Meringue Madness

Easter is coming and it’s the perfect time to learn how to make meringue! In this class we’ll make two different types of meringues, then pipe, and bake them for a spectacular display.  Learn how to color your meringues and pipe multiple swirled colors together, plus how to infuse them with flavor if you would like.
