Mexican Tamales Class

Tamales are traditional from central Mexico (Mexico City). We will go through the whole tamal process – preparing the masa, and the corn husks, fixing the tamales by filling, folding and steaming

During the steaming time, we will have a break (one hour and a half) and then come back to the session to view the results

After tamales are ready, you will be able to taste the fruits of your work, and take some with you to share with your family!
