Join Jamie Nicholas, programs director and owner of Mighty Mindful Beings, for this weekly Mindfulness Workshop. where we’ll explore mindfulness through journaling, poetry, and book study followed by a short 10–15-minute guided meditation. This class is meant to bring like-minded people in the community together to create a space where we can practice mindfulness and meditate. Come release stress & tension and leave feeling peaceful & refreshed ready for the week.
