CANCELED: Mountain Biking Free Educational Presentation

This is a great way to be introduced to the sport of mountain biking, work on your skills even when it’s snowing outside, and get ready for your best season of riding yet. It’s new and improved for 2020, with the addition of 50 demo videos!

Videos show bike components you need to know and how to set them up correctly, the definition of and practical exercises for body-bike separation, pointers to increase your confidence and control on a mountain bike, and strategies to communicate with your significant other while out on a ride. This is a great way to get excited and motivated about riding your bike!

There are 3 presentations scheduled during the spring and sponsored by the Pikes Peak Library District.

• Tuesday, March 3, 6-8 p.m. in Columbine A at Penrose Library
• Saturday, April 11, 3-5 p.m. at East Library (location TBD)
• Thursday, May 14, 6-8 p.m. at Rockrimmon Library’s Multipurpose Room
