Due to our licensing agreement, we are not permitted to reveal the title of this month’s movie; however, we offer the description below as a strong hint (you can always contact the library to get the title of the film, if you need it): in honor of Black History Month, we will screen the following 2016, PG-rated film: three female African-American mathematicians provide crucial calculations for NASA’s space race against the Soviets, all while dealing with the racist and sexist assumptions of their white co-workers. Starring: Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monáe, Kirsten Dunst, and Jim Parsons.
