4th Annual CarniBall Masquerade Ball

CarniBall is Manitou Masquerade at its finest! 2023’s theme is “Manitou Time Machine”. Come dressed in your best masquerade costumes for drinks and Cajun-inspired food (gluten-free & vegan options will be available) live music from Tribe, plus the 2023 Carnivale King, Queen, and Court will be announced this evening.

Mumbo Jumbo Cook-Off:

Are you an aspiring gumbo chef or a professional that’s got this nailed down? Join in the fun at gumbo cook-off and show us what you’ve got! If you are better-suited to snacking, then come taste what our 20 gumbo chefs have cooked up in the park and vote for your favorite.

Carnivale Parade:

It’s tradition in Manitou Springs to march down Manitou Avenue and celebrate Mardi Gras in true fun and funky color that Manitou is known for! So grab your beads and costume-up with us! The more the merrier, so bring your family, your neighbors, your co-workers, your friends, everyone! Always free to join in!
