National Chili Day

It’s National Chili Day! This year, we are going to make a fun and funky Southwestern Chorizo Chili, and I will show you how to make the chorizo from scratch. Then, while the chili is simmering, we will make a delicious, moist cornbread that you will be making again and again!

This is an online, live & interactive cooking class. Gather will provide a recipe kit with the ingredients, available for pick up or you can choose to shop on your own.  Food will be cooked in your own kitchen with your own equipment. Each recipe serves 4.
