Cheri Isgreen, Sculptor - Hunter-Wolff Gallery
She is excited to show you the many stages of creating through her multi-staged sculpting demonstration. Her newest DreamHorse series, inspired by the Native American horse, will be on display for consideration.
Horses have always been an important part of Cheri’s life but she reminds us that they revolutionized native life, improving lifestyle, methods of hunting, warfare, and modes of travel.
The horse became an integral part of tribal cultures, honored in stories, songs, and ceremonies.
Through her DreamHorse series, she illustrates how deeply native cultures are integrally connected to nature, the earth, and the universe.
Each of Cheri’s sculpted horses tells an individual story.
