Join the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs and the Colorado Springs Chapter of the American Guild of Organists for an unforgettable weekend featuring the King of Instruments: the pipe organ! This is a special workshop that will introduce students, youth, and adults to the organ, with the unique chance to build a working pipe organ!

9:45 a.m. Check-in at First Congregational Church.
10 a.m. Meet the pipe organ with organist David Acton and learn all about how an organ works! Play the organ, build a working organ kit, try various orchestral instruments (courtesy of Graner Music), and visit the mechanical-action organ at nearby First Christian Church.
11:30 a.m. Enjoy a pizza lunch!

held in the First United Methodist Theater.
2:30 p.m. Our guest organists perform on the largest organ in Colorado Springs with the Chamber Orchestra. All participants in the Pedals, Pipes, and Pizza workshop will receive free admission! The concert includes works by Laurin, Schmidt, and Parker
